The 2011 Village Two HOA Board of Directors includes:
Ken Salt, president
Sammy Khaled, vice president/secretary
Karen Larson, treasurer
Betty Johnson, board member
Mike Currence board member/VRA rep
The 2009 minutes and the proposed change to the by-laws were both approved.

A/C alert: Because of the hail storm last October, you may discover that your A/C will not blow cold air, due to damage to the refrigerant container. Newer A/C units may have been built with hail protectors, but older units were not. This is NOT an HOA issue, but rather between you and possibly your insurance company. Your units’ ability to heat was not affected.

Rats…please be sure that your garbage falls into the dumpsters, and please close the dumpster doors. Garbage left on floor encourages bugs and rodents. Thank you.

Please remember…TOWELS, RUGS, BLANKETS SWIM SUITS, CLOTHES, ETC. ARE NOT TO BE HUNG OVER BALCONY RAILINGS. Only electric barbecues are allowed. NO OPEN FLAMES. Gas barbecues are available at the pools. Pools are totally NO-SMOKING areas, and NO GLASS BOTTLES allowed.
