We recently received the financial report for 2009. By law, every year we must have our financial records examined, either a compilation, review, or full audit of our finances. The compilation for 2009 showed absolutely no red flags, except there is a suggestion that we have a reserve study done for future projects. The Board has discussed having a full audit done after the tile roof project is completed, which will be about five (5) years since the last formal audit in 2008. Again, you're reminded that any homeowner can request financial information from Management if you have a concern. 480-443-5566
