COMMUNICATION is always important between the Board of Directors and Homeowners.
Please remember, any homeowner is welcome to:
1. attend board meetings, which are always posted on dumpster doors well in advance.
2. review HOA board minutes, financial records, etc. When materials are requested, by law, Management has 10 days in which to gather the materials. It's always helpful to have specific records/documents/questions in mind when the request is made.
