NOTICE OF VILLAGE TWO BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING

POOL SERVICE: New signage on the pool gates notifies that effective August 1, 2010, to comply with regulations, you may be asked to leave the pool areas while pools are being serviced. Sorry for the inconvenience.
CHANGE IN AZ CONDOMINIUM LAW REGARDING FOR SALE/OPEN HOUSE SIGNS: Beginning on July 29, 2010, Arizona Condo Law changed to stipulate that homeowners may display ONE standard-sized FOR SALE sign and ONE standard-sized temporary OPEN HOUSE sign. These signs must be displayed on the homeowner’s property, which means inside a window. Absolutely no signage on common property is allowed, per the CCR’s of Village Two. If you have questions, please contact Management at 480-443-5566. Please be sure your realtor understands!!!!!
VILLAGE TWO CCR’S AND BY-LAWS that everyone signed on to at time of purchase ARE being enforced. ALL HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE RESTRICTIONS. When in doubt, contact Management for clarification. Prevents problems later…..THANKS
TILE ROOF PROJECT…Homeowners will be receiving updated information regarding the TILE roofing project through the mail soon.
AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS…Please be sure your repairmen have a 32 foot ladder to reach the A/C towers. They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs. Broken tiles and roofing repairs are expensive.
