Emergency information…For all of the homeowners of Village Two, we strongly recommend that you consider leaving a Village Two condo key with a local relative or friend and advising Management of your emergency contact person. National Property Services has a 24 hour emergency paging system. If we have your emergency contact information on file, we can access your information and contact you or your emergency contact person immediately. Please take a few minutes to fill out the enclosed form for emergencies. This information is never shared, but can be extremely helpful when we find broken pipes, windows left open, etc. You may return it to Management with the ballot in the same stamped/addressed envelope that has been provided.
Your vote is important…If you cannot attend the annual HOA meeting on Saturday, March 5, 2011, please return your ballot, even if blank, in the envelope provided.
Proposed change to Village Two By-laws…please read the proposal. This change will result in a Board of Directors that is more responsive to homeowners.
Quorum…Last year, 2010, we did not reach quorum for our annual HOA meeting, which means that we did not have at least 83 homeowners, out of a total of 164 homeowners in Village Two, participate in the election process. While it is easy for us to interpret this as overwhelming agreement and support for the current Board of Directors and their decisions, reality indicates that the frustrations that the Board and Management deal with on a daily basis are the result of a lack of communication and understanding on the part of homeowners. Again, please vote and attend the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 5, 2011. Your input is important.
