2011 MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS

Please remember that ...beginning January 1, 2011, the Village Two monthly assessment has changed to $204. The increased $34 is going into reserves and will be used for the tile roofing project. The actual project is delayed until January of 2012 when there will be a special assessment to raise the necessary money needed between the 2011 monthly assessment increase and the actual cost of the project.
