NOTICE OF VILLAGE TWO BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING
Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 8:00 AM
National Property Services office located at 7127 E. Sahuaro Drive, Scottsdale
Homeowners are ALWAYS welcome

  Board elections:  It will soon be time to elect board members for 2013.  Homeowners interested in volunteering and being part of the decision-making process, please submit to Management a short biographical sketch by January 15, 2013,  to be placed on the ballot.  We’re always looking for volunteers who can do things better, faster, and cheaper!  The annual HOA meeting will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013. 

Air conditioning repairs…Please be sure your repairmen have a  32 foot ladder  to reach the A/C towers.  They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs.  Broken tiles and roofing repairs are expensive.

Village Two CCRs and By-Laws that everyone signed on to at time of purchase ARE being enforced.  ALL HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE RESTRICTIONS.  When in doubt, contact Management for clarification.  Saves problems later…..THANKS

Rats...Please help us control ants, mice, rats, etc by making sure that your garbage goes into the dumpster bins…not on the floor surrounding the bins. 

Towels…rugs, swimsuits, etc. must not be left hanging over balcony railings.  POOL C  is a NO SMOKING area, and no glassware means NO GLASS BOTTLES.
