NOTICE OF VILLAGE TWO BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING
 Monday, May 23, 2012, at 8:00 AM – NPS Office.  Homeowners are always welcome.

ACCOUNT STATEMENTS…have been mailed to only homeowners who owe money to the Village Two Homeowners’ Association.  Please bring your account current immediately.  Small amounts soon add up!!!!  THANKS

MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS
Regular monthly assessments are always due by the first of the month.
Special assessments payments are always due by the fifteenth of the month.
Late fees of $30 are imposed on both payments after 15 days late. 

AIR  CONDITIONING REPAIRS…Please be sure your repairmen have a  32 foot ladder  to reach the A/C towers.  They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs.  Broken tiles and roofing repairs are expensive.

VILLAGE TWO CCR’S AND BY-LAWS that everyone signed on to at time of purchase ARE being enforced.  ALL HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE RESTRICTIONS.  When in doubt, contact Management for clarification.  Saves problems later…..THANKS

PLEASE REMEMBER…TOWELS, RUGS, BLANKETS SWIM SUITS, CLOTHES, ETC. ARE NOT TO BE HUNG OVER BALCONY RAILINGS.  Only electric barbecues are allowed.  NO OPEN FLAMES.  Gas barbecues are available at the pools. Pools are totally NO-SMOKING areas, and NO GLASS BOTTLES allowed.

GARBAGE…PLEASE be sure your trash is placed IN the dumpster bin.  Trash on the floor of the enclosure encourages rats, ants, etc.  Please close sliding doors and lids.
