March update

Tile Roof Project…will begin on Monday, April 2, 2012, with the 9125 Purdue cul-de-sac. Please prepare for noise and inconvenience. Because of hammering, anything fragile hanging on interior walls, as well as items on upper balconies, should be made secure. Each cul-de-sac will take six to eight weeks for all three (3) buildings to be completed.

Reminder…regular monthly assessments are due by the first of each month, while the special assessment payments are due by the 15^th of each month. Late fees of $30 are imposed.
