or ONE "For Lease" sign may be displayed on homeowner's property, which means inside a window. They may not be posted on railings and/or common property. Too many realtors do not understand the difference between posting signs in a planned community and posting in a condominium community. A condo HOA has complete authority over common areas, and the CCRs of Village 2 prohibit any signage on common property. No other signs of any type (i.e. garage sales, puppies for sale, etc.) are allowed. If you have questions, please contact Management at 480-443-5566.

NOTICE OF VILLAGE TWO BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETINGS
EXECUTIVE MEETING…Monday, May 16, 2011 at 8:00 AM – NPS Office.
This meeting will discuss only concerns which, by AZ Condominium Law, must be
considered in CLOSED meeting. No other business will be discussed or considered.
THE 2011 BOARD OF DIRECTORS INCLUDES:
Ken Salt, president
Sammy Khaled, vice president/secretary
Karen Larson, treasurer
Betty Johnson, board member
Mike Currence, board member/VRA rep
ACCOUNT STATEMENTS…have been mailed to only homeowners who owe money to the Village Two Homeowners’ Association. Please bring your account current immediately. Small amounts soon add up!!!! THANKS
AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS…Please be sure your repairmen have a 32 foot ladder to reach the A/C towers. They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs. Broken tiles and roofing repairs are expensive.
VILLAGE TWO CCR’S AND BY-LAWS that everyone signed on to at time of purchase ARE being enforced. ALL HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE RESTRICTIONS. When in doubt, contact Management for clarification. Saves problems later…..THANKS
CONCERNS…If you are aware of an issue (repairs, violations, safety problems, etc.) that needs to be brought to the attention of the HOA Board or Management, please call MANAGEMENT at 480-433-5566.
PLEASE REMEMBER…TOWELS, RUGS, BLANKETS SWIM SUITS, CLOTHES, ETC. ARE NOT TO BE HUNG OVER BALCONY RAILINGS. Only electric barbecues are allowed. NO OPEN FLAMES. Gas barbecues are available at the pools. Pools are totally NO-SMOKING areas, and NO GLASS BOTTLES allowed.
GARBAGE…PLEASE be sure your trash is placed IN the dumpster bin. Trash on the floor of the enclosure encourages rats, ants, etc. Please close sliding doors and lids.
